Oxford House is located at the northeast end of Oxford House on the Hayes River system.  The population is 2,559, of which 2,198 reside on reserve.  Oxford House is an  isolated community and is accessible by air year round and by winter road during the winter months.
The Regional Centre is committed to working with organizations, business, and agencies to deliver training programs that will meet their current and future needs.
While the Memorandum of Understanding was only signed on November 9, 2007 between Bunibonibee Cree Nation and University College of the North, Bunibonibee Cree Nation Regional Centre opened its doors September 2013.

The UCN Regional Centre is committed to providing quality education and training that will enable community members to pursue individual careers and contribute to the achievement of First Nation self-government and economic self-reliance.
